4 Analyzing our data

Now that we’ve prepared our dataset, we just need to perform our analysis. When you want to know “how does X affect this output number,” you’re probably looking at linear regression. In this case we’re looking at how our inputs affect life expectancy, so yes, it’s linear regression.

Linear regression is more of a standard statistical technique and less of a machine learning concept, but these days data science and ML are absorbing most everything else numeric in the spirit of “let’s seem fancy.”
